We can support standard international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF and other terms agreed between both parties.
The final shipping method, freight cost, estimated delivery time, export documents and destination requirements will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.

Shipping costs are not fixed on the website because our products are usually customized and shipped according to order size, roll length, packaging volume, destination port and transportation method.

Sample shipments by express courier are usually faster, while bulk orders by sea freight require a longer transportation period.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including company name, contact person, phone number, delivery address, destination port, country and any import requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, customs clearance issues, local import regulations or force majeure events.
Packaging and Shipment Confirmation
Before shipment, we will confirm product specifications, packaging details, shipping method and relevant documents with the customer.
For bulk orders, standard export packaging will be used to protect the heat transfer film rolls during international transportation.
