Jinhua Junxiang Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. supplies customized decorative heat transfer films based on customer specifications, including wood grain patterns, marble patterns, metallic finishes, custom dimensions and substrate-specific requirements.

Customized Products

Because our heat transfer films are customized products, we do not accept returns or refunds once mass production has started, unless the product has a confirmed quality issue caused by our production process.

Order Confirmation Before Production

Before placing a bulk order, customers are encouraged to carefully confirm patterns, colors, specifications and application requirements.

Free samples can be provided for quality confirmation before mass production.

Quality Issues

If a product quality issue is confirmed to be caused by our production process, please contact us with photos, videos, order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide a reasonable solution based on the confirmed situation.
